Shipping Policy

Builda ships worldwide except to destinations that cannot be served due to force majeure or other delivery restrictions.

These periods are the estimated time needed to process and produce each custom item before shipment.

Orders are shipped by air freight. Delivery estimates vary by destination and may fluctuate during major holiday peaks.

These are reference estimates only. Customs clearance, weather, flight changes, geopolitical conditions, and other circumstances beyond Builda's control may affect transit time. Delivery may also take longer during major holiday periods.

Shipping fees are charged per order.

*Other standard destinations are countries not listed in the other rows and not classified as high-fee destinations.

**High-fee destinations: South Africa, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Malaysia, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, and Israel.

After your order has shipped, use the order number to look up its delivery status on 17TRACK.

Builda covers customs duties for orders except in certain destinations. Customers generally do not need to arrange or pay customs duties. Destination-specific exceptions may apply.

Transit estimates are provided for reference. Builda is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, flight disruptions, customs inspections, geopolitical events, or carrier operations.
